A Note from Volunteer Guardianship During COVID-19

As we finish our first week of the coronavirus emergency here in Hunterdon County, we want to express our appreciation for the local care facilities that exercised caution early on by limiting visitation and postponing public events to protect their residents. Nursing facilities in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties demonstrated a response that many related agencies, including Volunteer Guardianship One-on-One, quickly adopted.
Our county’s care community thrives in times like this because of the commitment of providers like Hunterdon Care Center, Independence Manor, Country Arch, Rolling Hills, Foothill Acres, Green Knoll and Rivers Edge who prioritize the health and well-being of their residents and recipients.
